Naveena Ponnusamy guides Venice Family Clinic’s public and private fundraising and oversees the Clinic’s communications. She joined the Clinic’s team in June 2017.

Previously, Ms. Ponnusamy was executive director of development at the RAND Corporation, where she led the policy research institute’s fundraising strategy and outreach. She also served as the assistant dean of external relations for the USC Marshall School of Business. Before USC she handled PR strategies at Edelman, the global communications marketing firm, for various corporate, nonprofit and public-private clients. Ms. Ponnusamy holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree from New York University.
