JOIN US FOR A COMMUNITY CAMPAIGN

OUR HERITAGE
Venice Family Clinic was founded in 1970 to provide basic medical care for free to people in Venice and surrounding communities who lacked access to health care. Volunteers worked out of a borrowed dental clinic.

TODAY
Today, Venice Family Clinic has 17 sites in communities from the Santa Monica Mountains to the South Bay, but the site at 604 Rose Avenue in Venice was our first permanent site. It serves as our flagship and a beacon in the community, exemplifying our model of care: to integrate comprehensive care and help our neighbors in need with access to quality health care that includes medical services, mental health care, substance use treatment programs, food access, health and wellness activities, and much more.

RENOVATION ON ROSE
604 Rose needed to be modernized to keep up with the state-of-the-art health care delivered by the expert staff at the Clinic. To commemorate the renovation and modernization of the now-named Chuck Lorre Rose Avenue Health and Wellness Center, we invite you to join us for a special community campaign to help us provide comprehensive care in this redesigned building.

THE TIME TO GIVE IS NOW!

The Chuck Lorre Family Foundation has pledged a 100% matching grant.

That means when you give to the 604 Fund, your donation will be doubled so we can continue to provide comprehensive care to patients at the Chuck Lorre Rose Avenue Health and Wellness Center. With your support, we will stand stronger in providing critical health services for our Venice community.

HOW TO BE A PART OF THIS COMMUNITY INITIATIVE

  • Give nutritious food to people who are unable to feed their family
  • Care for people experiencing homelessness and work with partners to get them housed
  • Support people with substance use disorders so they can live their best lives
  • Help people manage their trauma and stress so they can be good parents, siblings, children, friends, employees and neighbors
