Venice Family Clinic offers a number of different programs and classes, all designed to help patients and other community members improve their health and wellbeing. In this class we talk about the health benefits of whole grains and fiber and discuss the difference between refined grains and whole grains. We also talk about how much fiber is in different foods and the different kinds of fiber that we ingest.
