Sergio Bautista oversees all the Clinic’s and Foundation’s financial matters, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, tax and audit, grants management, billing, cash flows, banking, and investments.

Mr. Bautista comes to Venice Family Clinic from L.A. Care Health Plan where he served as Director of Revenue, Premium & Recoupment. With over two years in his role and prior experience as a healthcare consultant and interim CFO with Borrego Health, Mr. Bautista brings expertise in project management, financial systems, and operational crisis management. His decades of experience include holding positions as a CA Franchise Tax Board Auditor, a Manager of Finance and Operations for Warner Bros Pictures as well as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Director with ChapCare. He is driven by a commitment to delivering actionable financial insights and fostering organizational efficiency through collaboration and strategic planning.

Mr. Bautista earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Accounting and Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
