We provide specialized care in a welcoming environment, including preventative care, hormone therapy for adults, mental health support and gender-affirming care. Our goal is to reduce barriers to care and support our diverse community in living healthier lives.
Our Services
Behavioral Health:
- Trains staff to standardize screenings and referrals for LGBTQ+ patients and also inclusive and affirming language to use
- Offers personalized therapy to support mental health
- Hosts group sessions for adults and teens to build community and resilience
Gender-Affirming Services:
- Provides tailored healthcare for people who identify with a different gender than what they were assigned at birth
- Offers preventive care for long-term wellness
- Clinicians and Behavioral Health staff collaborate to provide integrated care for patients and support access to gender-affirming medical treatments, including hormone therapy for adults
