Join us to learn about the basics of high blood pressure. Every class in this series will focus on a different aspect of Hypertension. Changes to your lifestyle and nutrition can help manage and/or decrease your risks of developing Hypertension. In this session, we will discuss what stress is, how it can affect your blood pressure, and ways to help you manage stress in your life.
