Silver Circle and Major Gifts

ABOUT SILVER CIRCLE: Silver Circle is Venice Family Clinic's major giving group, whose members individually contribute a total of $2,000 or more annually. It was founded in 1983 by Irma Colen to raise funds to help Venice Family Clinic further its mission of providing quality primary health care to people in need.

All major donors enjoy recognition in Clinic publications and on the Silver Circle Wall of Honor in the lobby of Venice Family Clinic's Milken Family Foundation Medical Building at 604 Rose Avenue in Venice. Venice Family Clinic also offers numerous naming opportunities at several of its nine sites.

THANK YOU GALA: Venice Family Clinic hosts its annual Silver Circle Thank You Gala to thank Silver Circle members and recognize outstanding individuals and organizations who have made extraordinary efforts to help the Clinic meet the health needs of the low-income and uninsured.

While some donors give specifically on the occasion of the Thank You Gala, Silver Circle honors all donors of $2,000 or more in the preceding year, no matter how they give—through other fund-raising events, program or staff position underwriting, capital gifts, planned gifts, matching gifts, tributes, foundation grants, or general unrestricted donations.
